Soul Skull

Our journey through life, the moments that define us or even the scars that adorn us tell a story about who, how, when and where we’ve been. These life experiences are etched into our memories, they are the things that make us who we are - they become part of our soul.

The soul skull portrait was an image created for a course I attended at Print Club London. We the students were asked to come with an image or photograph which would then be reproduced as a screen print. I wanted to create something that would capture myself and the experiences that have shaped my life so far  - a sort of self-portrait. I don’t know why but it felt right at the time.

Print Club London is a brilliant, inspiring place with great artists and tutors. An amazing experience, I would fully recommend doing the course.
