D is for The Damned. The Damned were the first
punk band from the UK to release a single - New Rose.
Their album ‘Damned Damned Damned’ was the first punk
rock album I bought. This is a modern twist of their logotype
and a geometric mashup of medieval typestyles such as Blackletter, Schwabacher
and Fraktur.
